Chicken Curry Rice


This recipe is to make Chicken Curry Rice.

2/3 Cup Instant Brown Rice
1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
1/4 Cup (or to taste) Freeze Dried Chicken
1 Cup (or to taste) Veggie Mix (Peas, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers)
1 Tablespoon Freeze Dried or Dehydrated Onion
1/2 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1.5 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper/Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
Cashews

 

At Home:

Add all ingredients to your bowl bag or ziploc bag.

On the Trail:

Add 1.5 cups of boiling water to your bag. Let stand for about 10 minutes, stirring or fluffing halfway through.
